This project involves developing a web and mobile application (Android & iOS) for secure, QR-based document access. Users can retrieve PDFs and images via area-wise search while adhering to strict security protocols, including restricted saving and screenshot prevention. Authentication will use existing employee credentials for 150 users, with an admin panel for access control, document management, and integration with enterprise solutions for workflow automation.

Additionally, 2,500 unique QR codes will be generated, laminated, and placed at designated locations by JSW, enabling real-time document retrieval via mobile scanning.

Robust security measures, including firewall protection and admin-controlled permissions, will ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards. By automating document processing, the solution enhances accessibility, boosts efficiency, reduces manual effort, and strengthens the organization’s competitive edge.
