Gangadhar Wali, Founder Director & VP

With over 23 years of dynamic IT experience, I am the Founder and Vice President at InVibes, steering the ship in the realms of product development on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and RPA services.

Professional Journey:

Throughout my career, I’ve donned various hats, from Project Manager and Test Transition Manager to Test Architect, Consultant, and Trainer. My expertise spans diverse industries such as Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, Industrial IoT, and ERP.

Leadership and Training:
I take pride in my role as a seasoned training professional, having coached IT teams on test methodologies, Automation, BDD, and DevOps. My passion lies in optimizing processes, streamlining delivery pipelines through DevOps, and providing Test Automation consulting to enhance testing methodologies in Agile environments.

Team Incubation:
I excel in incubating new teams, blending fresh and experienced testing talents, and orienting fresh graduates into an Agile and Testing mindset. This approach has proven instrumental in elevating teams to new heights of productivity and innovation.

My involvement in CMMI audits as a Functional Area Representative underscores my commitment to ensuring the highest standards in our processes.

Deepak Alur, CTO

In my 2 decades of IT experience, I have worked in VC-funded product startups and IT services company working in various capacities as VP, Director, Program Manager, Architect, and developer.

Professional Journey:

Entrepreneurial experience paired with CTO role to develop Asset monitoring and management software in the renewable energy domain. Product is architected over AWS and GCP and has been deployed for assets in multiple countries for Wind and Solar. In another venture, it has been about providing turnkey RPA solutions.

As an employee, IT professional with 2 decades of experience in delivering IT projects in Telecom, Automotive, Insurance and government sectors.

My IT experience highlights –

• Have worked in start-ups, growing and matured IT organizations
• Experienced in Product development, IT Services and Cost-center (captive unit) organizations
• Onsite experience in US, UK, Singapore, Qatar, UAE and China
• In self-imposed capability building program, have gained knowledge on Industry standards and non-work related areas like PMP (Project Management), Togaf ( Enterprise Architecture), Six Sigma (Quality), ITIL (IT Operations), Big Data, Mobility, IoT/M2M and Independent Directorship (Corporate Governance)
• Have been responsible and accountable for managing team size upto 300 comprising of Software Engineers, Designers, Architects and Project Managers
• In some key roles, have reported into Vice-president, COO & CEO positions. Have been independently delivering IT projects for last few years.
• Architected and implemented ERP solutions involving Human capital management, Talent management, Travel, Performance and Invoice management.

Our History

2018

Founders huddled together to identify market gaps, analysis and decide on company positioning strategy

2019

Invibes company is registered with specific focus on process automation using RPA.

2020

Partnerships with UI path and Automation anywhere. Our first project in RPA executed in renewables domain.

2021

Direct Medical Billing System went live on 30th Nov 2021.

Turnkey implementation of RPA for a large PSU

2022

Hyper Care support continued till Jun 2022.

AMC for Direct Medical Billing System continued.

Migration of RPA licensed tool with open source started and completed.
