The integrated solution comprises an Email Downloader Bot that scans vendor emails, saving invoice attachments to a shared folder for processing by the ABBYY BOT, which extracts relevant data and manages exceptions. The Validation BOT performs data validation against master data, updating the staging table, while the Load Invoice BOT validates invoices in Oracle EBS, sending confirmation emails with consolidated reports. The Email Follow-up BOT monitors approval emails, updating an Approval Tracker and sending escalation emails for pending approvals.
