Scope:
This project aims to automate several key business processes, moving away from manual methods to improve accuracy, efficiency, and overall operational performance. By leveraging automation technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA) bots, we will streamline operations and reduce the risk of human error.

Invoice Classification and Voucher Generation
Current Process:Manual collection, classification, validation, and voucher generation for fuel and trip expenses.
Automation:Automate invoice collection, classification (fuel vs. trip), customer validation, and voucher generation in the ERP (PIMS) system. This includes automated generation of fuel vouchers and cash expense vouchers.
Invoice Processing and Journal Entry (Branch-wise)
Current Process:Manual download of dispatch reports, PDF to Excel conversion, invoice classification, CSV file creation, and manual Tally ERP entry for each branch.
Automation:Automate the entire process, including report downloads, data extraction, invoice classification by branch and godown, CSV file generation in Tally-compatible format, and automated Tally ERP entry for each branch using RPA bots.
Payment Reconciliation
Current Process:Manual collection of vouchers, bank statement downloads, data extraction, voucher matching, BRS generation, cash payment classification, and manual Tally ERP entry.
Automation:Automate bank statement downloads, data extraction, voucher matching, BRS generation, cash payment classification, and automated Tally ERP entry for each branch.
Receipts Reconciliation
Current Process:Manual collection of freight income data, classification, CSV file creation, bank statement downloads, manual ERP entry, bank receipt statement creation, CSV file generation, and manual Tally ERP entry.
Automation:Automate data collection, classification, CSV file creation, bank statement downloads, ERP entry, bank receipt statement creation, and automated Tally ERP entry for each branch.
